MANDATORY INSPECTIONS REQUIRED BY ONTARIO BUILDING CODE ACT
- All Drains and vents inside a building below a concrete slab
- Sewers outside to street line or septic tank
- All drains, wastes, vents, showers, bathtubs and pertaining water pipe
- Valves and fittings installed before insulation, vapour barrier, dry walling of ceilings and walls
- Air or water test required on all piping
- Final inspection includes the completed plumbing installation before occupancy
