Environmental Services
The Manager of Environmental Services looks after three departments: housekeeping, laundry and building maintenance.
Residents rooms are cleaned daily by a housekeeper. Nursing ensures that laundry is sent to the laundry department.
Laundry is done in-house on a daily basis. The Housekeeping Porter will mark all your clothes when you arrive, (but don't forget to have new clothing marked before it is sent to be washed or it may be lost). Give them to main office reception.
Houskeeping Porters are available to help if you need a picture hung or furniture moved, etc.
Maintenance is looked after on a 24 hour basis by in-house staff and contractors.
