The Northumberland County Forest does not have a specific hunting permit, but you must have proper licenses (e.g., Provincial hunting licence, deer tag, Federal Firearm licence). The forest is patrolled by Municipal Law Enforcement Officers, provincial Conservation Officers and the O.P.P.
