Participation Agreement
Participation Agreements are individual plans based on a participant's background, interests and the local labour market. For some individuals, the plan might focus on education and job specific skills training. Others might be best served by getting involved in a community placement activity in order to build self-confidence and gain new skills, valuable experience and contacts for future employment. For some, the best plan may be to improve job search strategies and techniques. As each step in the plan is completed, a new step is identified and the participation agreement is updated.
