Northumberland County Community & Social Services (NCCSS) is responsible for developing, delivering and managing a full range of quality services that work together as a unified whole so that residents of Northumberland can be served in the best possible way. Our services include:

We are committed to assisting all members of the community, not only with issues related to social assistance, but also by helping them remove any barriers to healthy living in the community.
We are committed to the development of innovative programs that are accountable to the public and provide our participants with the supports, tools and resources they need while continuing to foster independence.
We are committed to establishing and maintaining a network of community services agencies, and sharing valuable resources within that network to ensure coordinated and cooperative service delivery throughout the County.
