Housing Services
The County of Northumberland has been designated through the Social Housing Reform Act, as the Service Manager for Social Housing.
Housing Services is responsible for the administration and delivery of a wide range of housing services for Northumberland County. This includes maintaining the centralized waiting list for subsidized housing, managing and operating the Northumberland County Housing Corporation properties, administering the Rent Supplement Program and funding and administering the non-profit, co-operative, municipal and federal housing programs in Northumberland County.
