Employment Caseworkers
Our Employment Caseworkers are available to provide extra support to participants facing barriers to employment. Their services include:
- Exploring the details of the barriers
- Assessing readiness for change
- In-depth employment coaching
- Enhancing employability and related life skills
- Developing individually-designed action plans
- Guiding participants through the steps outlined in those action plans
- Encouraging participants to stay in programs.
