Northumberland County has many exciting events and celebrations planned throughout the year, in celebration of Canada's 150th anniversary of Confederation. Join us for fun family events and activities as we celebrate Canada's milestone anniversary!


Celebrate with Northumberland County:

  • Contribute your story to the County's collection of 150 local stories & images of immigration, which will be produced into a photo/story book this fall. Click here for more information.

  • Visit the new accessible trail in the Northumberland County Forest when it opens this September.

  • Northumberland County has many fun events, activities and experiences planned throughout the year, including Northumberland Tourism's '7 Unique Canadian Experiences' and '5 Canadian Things Unique to Us'. Visit Northumberland Tourism to learn more.
